Faxitron X-Ray

Two generations of medical-grade imaging and device-control software, built to DICOM standards for clinical environments where precision is non-negotiable.

The challenge

Faxitron needed specialized software twice over - a DICOM-compliant medical imaging platform, then control software for a radiation device. Off-the-shelf tools weren't an option.

What we delivered

Faxitron SR / DX imaging software with DICOM acquisition and custom overlays, plus Cell Rad Core - touch-screen irradiation control with multithreaded device communication and Automatic Dose Control.

Johnson Fitness & Wellness

A unified employee portal and a consolidated mobile-first ecommerce platform replaced three fragmented sites for the largest specialty fitness retailer in the US.

The challenge

Operations ran across disconnected systems with no unified view, while three separate websites (mobile, tablet, desktop) were hard to maintain and hurting SEO.

What we delivered

An internal employee portal unifying CRM, scheduling, POS, ticketing, card processing and reporting - plus a single mobile-first ecommerce site, improving traffic, SEO, and maintainability.

Fastrak Express

A unified, web-based transportation management system replaced a patchwork of Microsoft Access databases - bringing fleet, dispatch, driver payroll, and billing into one real-time platform.

The challenge

A growing trucking operation was running on aging Microsoft Access databases that couldn't scale - fragmented data, no real-time visibility, and manual payroll and billing across the whole fleet.

What we delivered

A full ASP.NET MVC transportation management system unifying fleet tracking, driver onboarding and tiered payroll, job dispatch, and customer billing - with live GPS via Verizon Connect, SMS alerts, and automated invoicing.

State of Delaware - Office of Defense Services

A legacy Microsoft Access system became a secure, web-based case management platform for the state's public defenders - integrated with Evidence.com and Delaware's criminal justice database.

The challenge

The Office of Defense Services ran public defender operations on an aging Microsoft Access database - no real-time access to criminal justice data, manual evidence handling, and no secure, role-based access across offices.

What we delivered

An enterprise ASP.NET MVC case management platform covering the full lifecycle - intake, scheduling, expert assistance, and document generation - with live lookups against DELJIS (Delaware's justice information system) and digital evidence pulled directly from Evidence.com.

Government / Public Health

Screening for Life (DHSS)

A 15-year partnership maintaining and modernizing the internal platform behind Delaware's state cancer-screening program - supporting staff, patient navigators, and providers across the state.

The partnership

Since 2010, CCSTM has built and maintained the internal web application powering Delaware's Screening for Life program - carrying it through multiple generations, from ASP.NET WebForms to ASP.NET MVC, as needs evolved.

What it does

The system manages client enrollment and eligibility, screening and diagnostic appointments, billing and claims, and provider coordination across breast, cervical, colorectal, and lung cancer programs - integrated with Delaware's Master Client Index.
