The goal of this project was to improve the current work flow and processes of all aspects of the business, bringing a complete "omni-channel" approach. CLIENT LEISURE FITNESS EQUIPMENT
ISSUE
As the largest retailer of speciality fitness equipment in the Mid-Atlantic, Leisure Fitness was looking to consolidate to a single website that provided a consistent feel across all devices with an emphasis on improving their ecommerce user interface and experience.
SOLUTION
First, we built a custom "face" for their canned ecommerce solution, giving us flexibility to development a more convenient user experience. Next, we eliminated their "multi-website" ecommerce approach (mobile site, tablet site, desktop site) and implemented "mobile-first" approach, that allowed for a single website to respond to any screen-size, improving their website traffic and SEO rankings.
